From your Facebook homepage, you are allowed to delete a piece of message, all messages or an entire discussion at once according to your requirement.

To remove a message.

Action 1 Click "Messages" from the left column of the homepage.

Step 2 Open the discussion where you intend to remove a message or messages.

Action 3 Select Erase Messages from the Activities menu.

Step 4 Tick the checkboxes to choose the messages you intend to delete.
